Evaluating the feasibility of setting up a mobile cocktail bar in Cardiff

The aim of this enterprise project is to assess the feasibility of setting up a mobile cocktail bar in Cardiff. To do this the author identified and set out a list of aims and objectives in order to bring the project to its completion. The first of these was to undertake an academic literature review of secondary research with information on entrepreneurship, the hospitality and events industry, mobile catering, drinks trends and legal requirements. To conduct primary market research through questionnaires, semi-structured interviews and focus groups after ethical approval to determine if there is a niche in the market for this type of business. This information collected allowed the author to undergo construction of a detailed business plan to support the business concept. To analyse and evaluate the business plan then make recommendations for implementation and development of the business over the first 3 years. The author then discussed analysed and concluded the feasibility of setting up the proposed business.
