The aim of the Enterprise Project is to ‘Evaluate the feasibility of setting up my own mobile smoothie bar which provides fresh smoothies and juices in festivals’. The business concept is to be a mobile smoothie bar which provided smoothies and juices, that cater to the different needs of a wide range of customer. To achieve the aim, the author identified and set out a list of aims and objectives in order to complete the project. The first aim was to undertake a literature review, this consisted of websites, journals, reports and articles. The literature review covered various factors which the business owner needed to take into consideration, such as; industry and market trends, healthy eating and environmental awareness etc. The literature review was conducted in order to show whether there was a particular need for the business in the current market. Quantitative and qualitative primary research methods were conducted by the author in order to gain the gaps in information from the secondary research. Quantitative research was carried out through online questionnaires and qualitative research was carried out through a semi-structured interview. This information gathered allowed the author to construct the detailed business plan to support the concept of the business. The business plan included section such as products and services, marketing, management and personnel, future developments and financial forecasts. A SWOT analysis was completed to establish the current state of the business and if it would be feasible to enter the market.
