Aligned Genomic DNA of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa_ATCC_9027: skin pathogen
Abstract
In our study, genomic DNA derived from a biofilm of P. aeruginosa ATCC 9027 was isolated and purified using the GenEluteTM Bacterial Genomic DNA Extraction Kit (Sigma Aldrich). The sample library was prepared using Illumina Nextera XT before DNA sequencing using an Illumina MiSeq system. The genomic data was transferred to and stored in Illumina BaseSpace. Aligned bam file (sorted and duplicates removed). This Whole Genome Shotgun project has been deposited at DDBJ/ENA/GenBank under the accession PDLX00000000.

Genome sequencing and pan-genome analysis of 23 Corallococcus spp. strains reveal unexpected diversity, with particular plasticity of predatory gene sets
Livingstone, Paul; Morphew, Russell; Whitworth, David (Frontiers Media, 2018-12-19)Corallococcus is an abundant genus of predatory soil myxobacteria, containing two species, C. coralloides (for which a genome sequence is available) and C. exiguus. To investigate the genomic basis of predation, we ... -
Within-species variation in OMV cargo proteins: the Myxococcus xanthus OMV pan-proteome
