Description
Film shows what looks like a group of blindfolded students using clay to form figures by touch only. The participants also attempt to draw a figure which they can feel but which is hidden from view by a sheet. The William Newland Archive material had a temporary home in CSAD (2001 - 2003?), while Jeffrey Jones was working on a proposal for a book on Newland (the items were loaned by Newland's family, Sally Nash and Jeremy Newland). The Archive was later donated to Museum and Study Collection, Central St Martins. A copy of a film found in the archive was copied by Jeffrey Jones.
