This Enterprise Project is a feasibility study of a nudist hotel located in Bad Malente-Gremsmühlen/Germany which offers nudists the possibility to stay naked 24 hours a day. To investigate the demand and understand the needs of nudist travelers the author carried out a primary market research as well as a secondary research and competitor analysis to understand the market and distinguish the product. Furthermore the author has found the location needed to establish the hotel which addresses the needs of potential customers. A complete SWOT and PESTEL analysis has been developed to investigate market trends as well as internal and external weaknesses of the hotel. In addition legal obligations have been reviewed to show that there are no obstacles for setting up a nudist hotel. At last a business plan as well as a financial forecast has been developed to give the reader more information about the project and prove the feasibility of the hotel. Through the enterprise project the author has proved that a nudist hotel in Germany is feasible. The business plan as well as the financial statement showed that the hotel will make a positive net profit after the first two years.
