A Business Plan That Will Show The Feasibility of Opening A Laser-Tag Centre In Cardiff

The Aims and Objectives of this project are to create a business plan using research. This will show how feasible it will be to open a Laser-tag centre in the Cardiff. The following Objectives will be used to achieve the aim, they are: • A Literature Review on the subjects of Business & Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Leisure & Laser-tag & Team-Building • Primary and Secondary Market Research • SWOT and PEST analysis • The consideration of legal issues and funding needed for starting the business • The creation of a business plan (using all of the above) The Business will be structured as a Limited Company with equipment being provided by Quasar, the business although called Cardiff Quasar Centre will not be part of a franchise. The research findings show that academic theories on analysis and management can be applied to this venture, that there is growing demand for this type of business, that there is a large target market and finally the venture is financially feasible. To conclude the Researcher believes that better and longer research into the subject of Laser-tag could have been beneficial, that some research could have been improved upon and that the business could be a success if started for real. Also the Aims and Objectives of this project have been completed.
