An evaluation into the potential of opening a traditional tea room in heart of Mumbles, Swansea

The aim of this enterprise project was to evaluate the feasibility of setting up and operating a traditional vintage tea room with an unusual and unique décor in the village of Mumbles, Swansea. The researcher has identified five objectives which are to conduct a literature review to review the current market trends, collect primary research focusing on consumer's behaviours and desires and to identify the potential target market, devise a business plan in order to calculate the start up costs of the business and establish a step by step process of starting up the proposed project, establish and discuss financial forecasts for the business and finally evaluate the business plan followed by a conclusion and recommendations for the future. This will be the way in which the project will be organised. The project concludes that the business is financially feasible, making a profit at the end of the first three years.
