How can today’s technologies improve the functionality of Carol Davies Childminding Services?

As technology becomes advances more and more it is becoming increasingly possible for smaller previously unexposed to technology business to be able to adapt technology to aid them in the general running of their business. This study is to look at how the practices of information technology can improve the data management processes for Carol Davies Childminding services, when their current system is paper based. This study will look at the current system by analysing it and identify the weaknesses that it has. Therefore by identifying the weaknesses, improvement can be made so that the data handling processes could be improved. A prototype data management system was developed.
