The aim of this project is to assess the feasibility of setting up a sports agency supplying Table Tennis coaches to schools in Cardiff. This project was constructed against six business objectives to ensure every aspect of the business plan was identified. The author had to undertake research in the current business environment, and industry trends to identify and meet the objectives set out. These included – • Literature Review of academic sources and current industry trends • Business plan • Market Research, SWOT and PESTLE Analysis to identify competition • Financial Forecasts • Legal Requirements • Conclusion of Project Through conducting research in the above areas the author was able to identify gaps in the market, and to make decisions regarding the design and set up of the business. Conducting market research and completing a financial forecast the author was able to provide the reader with a detailed description of the business future development. The author believes the business has the potential to be a success following the information gathered through research. The enterprise project will provide information on how to set up a sports agency in Cardiff.
