This enterprise project maps the feasibility of a competitive and sustainable destination venue, eatery and hotel reflecting the ethos of the patron saint of lovers St. Valentine in the commercial hub of Singapore. The main aim of this enterprise project are fully evaluate and communicate a business idea, through study initial feasibility of the business concept, the creation of a business plan, an evaluation of its long term success and trace the route to bring a new concept Valentine themed hotel to the industry- St. Valentine’s Hotel Singapore. The overall objective of the project is to conduct a literature review to establish the current state of knowledge regarding the topic area-hotel business, to fulfill a comprehensive and holistic market research process as well as create a business plan and strategy to allow the development of a relationship and love themed enterprise meeting both the moral and emotional needs of the prospective customers, also holistically and systematically evaluate the conceptual operational and fiscal potential of the St. Valentine’s Hotel. The project concludes on the potential developing of the business venture through the overall business outcomes discussion and its feasibility in terms of profitability, market value and its viability as a long-term, successful brand. In summary, as can be seen apparently that the take over and operation of the new St. Valentine’s Hotel in Singapore is not only indeed feasible but also has a significant chance of success as plan and hard work.
