The purpose of this enterprise project is to assess the feasibility of an executive travel company specialising in incentives and team building to social and cultural destinations. The project determines every aspect that is needed to run a successful business. It does this by identifying the key aspects of the target industry that need to be determined in order for the business to achieve success. To start the project off, a literature review will be carried out. This aspect of the project collects primary and secondary information which analyses the attributes that are required into setting up a business and also information about the target market which is essential for creating a business plan. The next section which is the main body is the business plan. This will provide information of what action is being taken to set up the business. The information from the primary and secondary data will be exposed through the marketing strategy and the advertising methods. All aspects of the business plan are discussed as in depth as possible. A SWOT and PESTLE analysis are included to discuss and give a better explanation of the business plan. The business plan provides information about costs on a monthly basis. This will be costs ranging from, taxation, advertising, office supplies, and event packages. All possible costs are included in order to make the business plan as realistic as possible. These costs are shown in the financial forecasts for the first 3 years. Cash flow statements, profit and loss accounts and balance sheets are all included. The project ends with the results collected being analysed and evaluated, and then a conclusion is drawn which includes future recommendations.
