The aim of this project is 'to create a profitable and successful Eco Geodesic Dome holiday resort that is capable of both high profitability and further expansion.' Throughout this report the author will analyse and evaluate all aspects of business start-up within the current economy, taking into consideration all internal and external factors, which can influence change in the business plan. To achieve this, the author created an achievable aim and set of objectives, these will aid the project throughout the market research, analysis and evaluation of the business concept. An Eco Geodesic Dome Retreat, given the uniqueness and freshness surrounding the business concept will inevitably create interest and attention from the market. Throughout thought the report there will be a literature Review conducted to create an awareness of the current situation of the industry and the market, this will be conducted through secondary research. A business plan will be created to analysis and evaluate all aspects of the business concept, this will be aided by primary research conducted in order to evidence the need for the business. This section will show the marketing, financial projections, market research, management personnel for the business. Analysis, discussion and conclusion will follow the business plan, giving the author a chance to reflect on the feasibility of the business concept.
