This summarizes the results of the research including the information of services which are offered along with their prices. Furthermore it details the market research and the marketing strategy which was derived from this research, as well as a three year financial forecast. Within the body of the text are detailed SWOT and PESTEL analysis’ which address the issues, both internal and external, to inform of the factors which could impact the business either in its favour or negatively. The business plan considers the future of the business, looking at future developments which suggest expanding the company in line with growth in profits. The discussion chapter allowed a critical evaluation of the business plan, reflecting on the decision and actions proposed within. These will assess whether or not the business venture would be feasible in reality, discussing the major points addressed throughout. The final section of this project concludes the text, observing the original objectives set out and whether these were achieved. IT will also detail the recommendations which the project could encompass upon progression of the idea.
