This Enterprise Project aims to research the possibility, demand and feasibility of a new countryside hotel in Longquan, China. Extensive market research was carried out to assess the demand of this type of hotel in Longquan, the market research also established the potential target market for the new countryside hotel in this area. In addition, PEST and SWOT analysis were also carried out during the whole process to help the owner define the current situation of the business environment his business going to face, and also help with analyze various competitors, to know what is the strength and weakness of his own business. At the beginning, a large capital investment is needed for building the hotel and daily operation, but this business has really strong potential in the future.
