An evaluation of the potential to set up an online advertising website for tourism related businesses within West Wales

The aim of this enterprise project is to critically asses the tourism and e-commerce industry in order to identify whether it’s feasible to set up an online advertising company for tourism related business in West Wales. The project firstly, will asses different types of literature in the form of a literature review assessing a range of material that is relevant to the tourism and the e-commerce industry. An executive summary will be included providing a brief history of the authors background and outline the business’s aims and objectives. A business plan will be conducted identifying primary and secondary research that was conducted to identify key aspects needed within the business plan. A SWOT analysis is included in the business plan as well as a PESTEL analysis identifying factors that may influence the business’s strategic decisions. Financial forecasted results will also be included as part of the business plan to identify the financial situation for the business. An analysis will and discussion will be included discussing the key findings of the project and making future recommendations. The report will conclude by identifying the feasibility of the business.
