This enterprise project has been conducted to complete a full evaluation of the feasibility of setting up an Internet retailer business, which specialises in supplying women's football clothing, footwear and equipment based in North Devon. The introduction forms the starting point of the project, identiffing the very reason behind setting up this type of business, as well as outlining the proposed aims and objectives to be achieved. The literature review will evaluate a range of different sources including academic books, magazines and web-based media to support the chosen topic area. It will cover all aspects of setting up an online women's football store as a sole ttader, including research on the sport, e-coÍtmerce and start-ups. The business plan (results section) will form the main bulk of the enterprise project assessing the current market situation for the business, which the author is proposing to set up. It will highlight the main findings from the market research identiffing the level of demand for the type of service and products. An analysis and discussion section is included at the end of the project to assess the overall feasibility of the business proposal. The author believes that the business will be profitable based on the projected figures contained within the financial forecasts and also from the growth in participation rates in women's football since the late 1920's.
