This Enterprise Project outlines the processes required in developing a restaurant in
Cardiff.
The aim of this Enterprise Project is to assess the concept, sustainability and viability of the business by exploring the business idea, the characteristics of the market and the potential of the venture.
The structure of the Enterprise Project respects these three objectives.
The concept behind the business is explored in the introduction, and its progress is visible throughout the Enterprise Project. Market trends, demographics, competition analysis as well as primary research performed through questionnaires allowed a better understanding of the potential which is taken into consideration for the proposed business.
The results of the business plan showed an existing demand for a venue such as "Le Potager”, which would offer a different service and product to the area.
Aspects which must be considered when developing a new venture are included in the business plan. Its results conclude that the business project should be successful and valuable to the community provided that planning is conducted appropriately.
