The aim of this Enterprise project was to evaluate the opportunity for establishing a Football Tour Holiday Venture Business operating between Italy and the UK. The objectives of this enterprise were to research into the football market activities and detect similar competitors to grasp some ideas from their services. Through competitor analysis the author identify the principal activities delivered by his main competitors and SWOT analysis helped to understand their strengths and weaknesses. Through the results of the collection of data for the literature review the author reinforced his beliefs about the potential behind the football market. Collecting information of competitors and marketing trends helped the entrepreneur to build on a strategy through the elaboration of the data gathered. Marketing research was carried out in order to gather useful data, it was necessary to create the framework of the project. As the market changes continuously the information collected should always be recorded and keep up to date. The market strategy tool implemented was to submit a football questionnaire in different football forums and football Facebook groups to football's passionate. The feedback was then used to build on the services to cater and construct some packages to deliver to clients In order to plan football packages, potential suppliers were contacted through a creation of a cost perspective the author realized that for each package catered, he can draw a large margin of profit.
