The main aim of the enterprise project is to evaluate the potential set up of a café sandwich bar within Plymouth's City Centre. Under the name of 'Charlotte's' the business's aim is to be the most popular and successful café sandwich bar serving healthy lunches to the north and surrounding areas of Plymouth's City Centre. The introduction to the project highlights the aims and objectives the researcher has set in order to evaluate if the proposal will be feasible or not. Research, being an important part of the project, was carried out in the form of both primary, through questionnaires and head counts, and secondary, through textbooks, the internet, journals and newspapers. Competitor's services and products were personally tested by the researcher to analyse their strengths and weaknesses and identify areas in which Charlotte's could excel above them. Analysis of this research along with SWOT and PEST analysis's and a marketing strategy is included in the business plan to help overcome any weaknesses or threats Charlotte's may come across. After researching into the project, the researcher believed that there is an apparent potential market for Charlotte's within Plymouth.
