The Purpose of this dissertation is to investigate and analyse the issue of cultural diversity within the compass CAMEA workforce.
The author has used secondary research from a variety of sources such as the internet, journals and books. Within the literature review the research identifies Compass CAMEA, the definition of cultural diversity and cultural diversity within the workforce.
The same questionnaire was distributed in four different languages to the Compass CAMEA operative level employees; from the responses received the data analysis was completed.
The results concluded that there is a need for Compass CAMEA employee to be given cultural induction prior to arriving in the UAE. It was recognised that the employee needs will vary and may need support tailored to their individual needs.
Finally further research into cultural differences and 'national stereotyping' was suggested.
