This enterprise project aims to fulfil various objectives for the proposal of an events organisation specialising in hen and stag packages. To fulfil these objectives numerous methods of research will have to be carried out. They are shown below. • Legal Issues; • Business Structure; • Conduct and analyse a market study; • Identify the business environment through SWOT and PEST analysis; • Attain the financial resources required. These objectives contribute to the factors of the completion of a business plan. This will provide information to start up a business specialising in the origination of events. The market research will consist of 100 questionnaires being given out to the general public. The results from this will play a large part in the outcome of certain areas of the overall outcome of the business plan. Also secondary research will be used to verify the primary research findings through looking at reports from electronic findings, government statistics, academic books and sources relating to the business industry. The market study will confirm the marketing mix that the business will base its marketing strategies on. It will also include the demand for the product and services, pricing of the product and services and the promotion of the business and where it will be based. Financial assumptions will also be based upon the research and will be shown in a three year forecast. Through all this research the author believes that it will be possible to put together a business plan to show that the authors chosen business will be successful.
