Your fitness business enterprise: Evaluation of the potential and feasibility of setting up and running a mobile personal training company in Cardiff.

This is an enterprise project looking at the feasibility of running a mobile personal training business in Cardiff. The author chose to conduct this study as he has a passion for fitness and health and would like to take that into a career. To discover the need for a mobile personal trainer the author had a varied approach including primary and secondary research. The author has set the following aims and objectives: 1. Market study 2. Customer analysis 3. Competitor analysis 4. Service 5. Legal obligations 6. Market strategy 7. Pricing and production Costs 8. SWOT/PEST analysis 9. Contingency plans 10. Resources required 11. Sources of Funding 12. Personal survival Statement The study concluded that the fitness industry was growing partly because of a combination of increasing poor health and levels of personal disposable income. The increase in poor health was caused by poor diets and people reliance on technology leading to sedentary lifestyles. The author and study demonstrate that by offering a convenient way of keeping fit in the form of a mobile personal trainer, it will fit into today's convinced based society.
