The aim of this enterprise project is to assess the feasibility of opening a health conscious fast food outlet in the heart of Cardiff city centre. The name of the business is 'Don't Forget the Lettuce', and it will provide fresh, health products in a fast food fashion. It will offer hot and cold food and beverages in a purely take away environment, every day of the week. The premises for the business are on 15 High Street, Cardiff which is a busy main road in the centre of the commercial city. Project Aims and Objectives: Aim • To investigate and evaluate the demand and relevance for a health conscious fast food outlet in the centre of Cardiff in order to fulfil the processes involved with the creation of this kind of business. • To Build a business that will allow for growth and expansion in the future Objectives • To use secondary research to understand the market and to assess the areas involved with starting a business of this kind • To use primary research techniques to evaluate the demand and relevant opinion on various ideas for a health conscious fast food outlet in Cardiff city centre. • Establish and study the theoretical and marketing necessities supporting the enterprise • To use the research to compile a thorough business plan including everything needed to fulfil the first three years of the venture. • Complete all financial statements relevant to the venture for the first three years including cash flow statements, profit and loss accounts, balance sheets and ratios. • Justify the results of the enterprise project
