The aim of the project is to investigate and research into the events industry in Cornwall focusing mainly on Weddings. This project focuses on the running of a multi use environmentally friendly venue in Cornwall providing a service that is both at a low cost to the consumer and low cost to the environment. The introduction is the part where the researcher will set the scene for the enterprise project and will explain the reasoning behind the business venture. The literature review will assess any relevant articles on the subject that already exist, and will analyse the events industry within Cornwall. There will be a business plan of what could be achieved from the business and an explanation of how it aims to go through with the plans. This will show anyone who looks at it exactly what is needed. It will cover aspects about what the business is and how the business will be set up as well as SMART factors and highlight all human resource management, legal and financial issues that will occur. There will also be an analysis and discussion of the findings of the project and a conclusion followed by any further recommendations.
