The enterprise project proves the feasibility of setting up and launching a boutique hotel in Wiesbaden/ Germany. The aim is to create an upmarket family owned hotel in the Hessian State capital, which will provide unique services to its guests in combination with a home atmosphere for an unforgettable stay. To reach the set aim, objectives defined and evaluated through various researches in the past, including primary and secondary sources will enable the author and ensure the feasibility presented in the business plan. The objectives are: • Research for a niche location within Germany that provides enough space, natural surrounding and atmosphere to underline the aim set. • Market research in Germany to find out about potential competitors, use of a SWOT analysis and PESTEL to evaluate uncertainty and be aware of outward influences. • Create a marketing strategy, which reflects the aims and objectives of the project and business. • Completion of the business plan including financial forecast covering the first three years. • Providing a niche hotel accommodation that will combine all benefits of a boutique hotel in combination with a personal inspiration and home feeling. The project includes a full market research, marketing strategy combining g components and financial forecasts to underline the feasibility. The competition has been researched and identified and the business plan includes a discussion and recommendations by the authors.
