Abstract
Lower back and elbow injuries are frequently reported by professionals and amateur golfers. However, the presentation of an injury profile for golf is problematic as elite golfers differ from recreational golfers, seniors from juniors and all golfers’ swings are mechanically different. This paper used a case study approach to provide clinicians with information to assist them in the critical decision making process and treatment of golf injuries. Tong obtained part of the case study data, was involved in the planning of the research and edited the manuscript.
