Gower Glamping – an evaluation into the potential of a luxury campsite in the Gower, Swansea

The aim of this project is to create a profitable luxury camping site that is capable of success and potentially further expansion. Throughout this report the author will analyse and evaluate all of the aspects of starting a business and taking in internal and external which can influence the setup of a business. The author will achieve this by setting achievable aims and objectives which will stand as a target throughout the process of planning the business. The report will include a literature review to highlight the current situation of the industry and market the author is about to enter this will be conducted through secondary research. The author will then create a business plan to evaluate the potential success of the business concept. This will be supported by primary research to create evidence for the need of the business and this section will include a marketing campaign, financial projections, market research and management. Following the business plan the author will then go on to discuss and conclude the findings which will reflect on the feasibility of the business concept allowing the author to make recommendations for the future of the business. Finally the author will conclude by summarising the enterprise project.
