This paper is mainly focused on GSM Kazakhstan Company, its value and trends of market, micro environment, and justification of key marketing strategies, detailed definition of a suitable outline marketing etc. Dissertation is consists of introduction, literature review, methodology, Discussion and Analysis of Findings, Recommendations and Conclusion, bibliography and appendices. The reason is that it’s an underdeveloped segment. As the main sours were used primary and secondary researches. The present research paper aims to analyze possibilities for marketing activities improvement of GSM Kazakhstan Company. The dissertation focuses on the importance of the marketing activities in the form of informal relationships between employees. The paper examines the role and effect of such activities as diminishing the feelings of stress and loneliness and creating a better working environment with higher productivity, and analyzes whether such informal meetings between employees in the form of small groups and teams can produce teamwork/collaboration and leadership skills in individual employees and the whole group. The methodology, which I as a researcher have used, includes secondary and primary research, and the particular methods – sampling, etc., are discussed in the Methodology section. The Literary Review is the core part of the project as it includes only those facts, concepts, information that are "building blocks" of the described the topic. Important part of literature review is connected with it’s the problems where we can clear understand issues that require scientific understanding. In this chapter is provides the theoretical base for further practical analysis with a critical analysis of important literature. The dissertation includes a primary research which is made on the topic with a sample of more than 100 respondents. The primary research findings are reported and examined in the Discussion and Analysis of Findings section where presents the statistical analysis with the help of SPSS software of the 19 version. All the findings are sited with appropriate graphics. It is also discussed the findings and explain their correlation with literature review and correspondence to the research questions and objectives. Recommendations and Conclusion at the final chapter of the dissertation expressed the personal opinion of the researcher towards research topic, giving recommendations for improving of marketing activities of the company. It is also given conclusion about the research. I, as a researcher and the author of this dissertation believe that chosen methods help in analyzing the findings and producing the clear presentation of theme.
