Abstract
This research explores the information privacy attitude of the Bulgarian consumer for the banking sector in Bulgaria. The goal of this work is to find if the Bulgarian financial services consumer values the privacy options provided by the banks. Simultaneously I have tried to find the gender differences and behaviour towards privacy perception. An additional goal of this research is to explore the consumer tendencies, value and options towards privacy. The design, planning and preparation of this research paper are based on standard research approaches and methods available in the theory. The used methods and approaches are discussed in the Methodology chapter. This research utilizes the literature review as foundation for the critical review of current available resources available in the public domain. The reader is presented with a summary of the literature review findings. Analysis of secondary and primary in this research provide answers to the research questions. Secondary and primary research findings are compared in order to provide cohesive conclusions relevant to this research. In the conclusion the reader is presented with a summary of the main conclusions based on the research analysis. The summarized findings goal is to answer the main research questions. Additionally in the final chapter contains recommendations and suggestions for further research on the researched topic.
