Association between company climate and job satisfaction at Telerik

Organisational climate, job satisfaction, motivational factors and rewards are all topics that have been frequently discussed in today’s Human Resource Management and organisational behaviour theories. The purpose of the current research is to establish the association between organisational climate and job satisfaction in one particular corporation – Telerik. The company has been created ten years ago and started business only Bulgaria and has been growing internationally ever since. The main idea behind this research is to analyse to what extent the organisational climate influences job satisfaction and vice versa. The study is conducted with the help of theoretical methods that are based on critical review of the credible literature resources within the relevant areas of research. The validation of the data provided in these literature resources is confirmed with the help of a primary research, i.e. questionnaire that has been distributed among all employees of Telerik. Based on the results from the primary (questionnaire) and secondary (credible literature resources) research some conclusions and trends are drawn. Finally, some recommendations for the management of Telerik and for the initiators of further studies in the same research area are provided.
