Motivation of Employees: A Comparative Study of Employee Motivation in the Ukrainian and Bulgarian Higher Educational Institutions

In this study the researcher has divulged the theoretical questions of the subject; the methods and concept of motivation, studied classical motivation theories, that comprise content and process theories. The researcher carried out the Employee Motivation Systems analysis in the educational sphere of Ukraine and Bulgaria.
Introduction part includes a brief examination of the aim, research question and objectives.
The Literature review contains the analysis and description of the chief theoretical concepts in the topic.
A lot of researchers is involved into studying methods of effective motivation of employees. It is mainly dedicated to the questions of Employee Motivation.
Critical discussion of primary and secondary data findings is carried in chapter 4. The survey has shown that there is a strong need for a well-functioning motivational system and effective human resource strategy development.
Chapter 5 contains the conclusions and recommendations of the research.
Recommendations on how to improve the motivational system comprise 3 solutions that the researcher finds to be best.
