dc.description.abstractIn this research paper to identifying relationship between the transactional, transformational and laissez faire leadership of style utilized by I.T project manager and their project teams' as result of satisfied with their leader, want to exert more effort, and perceived of leader effectiveness. A deductive data analysis propose exploit to test hypothesis with specific of research questions, by exploit a cross sectional instrument developed by Bass and Avolio (1995)'s Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ 5X Short) the most famous and widely using measures for assessing styles of leadership. Quantitative research methodology applies in this paper, the research hypothesis and questions by derived data from Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire survey and using multiple regressions to analyzing for correlates data to explicit research questions, primary data analysis was conducted. The sample size primary data corrected from small scale and distributes to around 30 survey respondents which are conducted to the individuals were selected from who are working IT/MIS in Singapore and willing to complete the questionnaire and survey. Rate of questionnaire survey received 87% [N = 26] was straight away prior to data analysis. According the analysis result point out that transformational leadership style is able to utilize in Singapore's I.T in project management environment majority to retaining and motivate the project team to increased productive workforce outcomes more success. Transformational leadership ability to get people wants to change, increased job satisfied and effectiveness. It should be noted that better benefit if the I.T project manager to develop, learns and able to display transformational style of leadership to motivates project teams, under the right circumstance, team can performed greatest result, inspire of rough requirement, complexities tasks, tough budget plans and ever-changing jobs schedule constrained which is good of the project manager, team and the organizational as a whole.en_US
