The trend of healthy lifestyle has taken a very high place in modern society, in particular utilization of the fitness centers, which become a driving force of this trend to be followed and which make the need for this project pertinent. This enterprise project is focused on the opening of a new fitness center in the USA, Miami which, in turn, embraces many kinds of sport (swimming, wrestling) and consists of training camps; moreover the project is aimed to understand how the sport business works in the country. The project itself is based on extensive research of the relevant literature paired with the collection and further analysis of empirical data and utilization of author’s personal experience in sport realm. An inductive approach has been mainly used throughout whole project. The mix research methods are conducted in the work in order to analyze current situation on the American market and comprehensively describe gained findings. The findings from the study underline that there is a positive growth in fitness industry in terms of overall increasing attendance and that there are some gaps in the industry which might be corrected by means of realization of the following project. Furthermore, the findings made author familiar with the issues which can affect the business as a whole, it can be favorable fact as well as unfavorable. The main conclusion to be drawn from this study covers aim and objective of the project, setting the most valuable trends for the research realm.
