“Only You Weddings”- an evaluation of the Feasibility of Setting Up a Wedding Planning Business in Dongguan City, China

The purpose of the enterprise project is to evaluate the feasibility of setting-up a wedding planning business in Dongguan City. The focus of the project is on the ability to start and sustain a successful event management company, specialising in wedding planning. The project will evaluate the appropriate academic literature that link to the wedding industry in Dongguan City to build up some information related to the project. Also the project will conduct a complete business plan, which provides information on the business’ wedding packages that are offered to the clients, together with marketing strategies, proposed financial forecasts, market research, and any other components that the business should consider. The SWOT analysis will be carried out on the business plan. The project business plan will enable the entrepreneur to understand the future business developments. At the end of the project, there have an overall conclusion of the project, and the entrepreneur needs to analyse, and discuss of the business venture, in order to make decisions, if the business idea is commercially feasible.
