Chibhanguza Hotel is lacking on these latest gadgets had was losing touch with some of its customers who were looking for hotels with all these gadgets. The system that was mainly used at this hotel was a paper based one, and this was very inefficient as information was constantly getting lost.
A system was therefore developed to help improve efficiency and save the company money and even attract more customers. It was designed to make the housekeeping task that little bit easier. A prototype was developed to satisfy all the requirements set out by the owner of the hotel.
The project goes through all the processes and phases that were taken to achieve this goal and the approaches taken to achieve this goal.
