Generation of today are more aware of fitness activities and visit to local gym are comprehensive for those who wants to achieve greater rewards from life and challenges. Similar to fitness activities that continues to be a role play on some of our daily lives, technologies can also be essential in means of providing many resources available in our hands through portable devices, helping us overcome any challenge upbringing. This project will look at combination of mobile application which can be supportive to gym users for obtaining professional training assistance and feedback updates. This report will also consist of different researches discussing some of the flaws in current fitness application and how ‘Power Program’ might be an assistance on improvising those weakness. Different topics will be followed by implementation and design of the proposed program with depth findings and interviews to conclude basic needs of user. Marketing values are also descripted in this article with findings which will respect the needs of Data Protection Act by developers and importance of identifying risk exposures of mobile applications.
