The joint project documents the work of the artist Charlotte Hodes and investigates how "making by hand" informs concept development and the selection of novel ideas within creative digital practice.
The collaboration combines Hodes' creative studio practice with Treadaway's research interests in human computer interaction and creativity. The findings will inform current and future theoretical debate concerning the links between hand making and the use of digital technology in creative practices.
