The enterprise project was completed through conducting an in depth literature review, business plan, market research, financial forecasts and analysis. The main purpose of the business is to provide professional, affordable wedding planning services to help couples plan their perfect wedding day. A literature review was produced from various sources to gather relevant information to analyse the wedding industry, highlight the businesses potential target market and gain an understanding of starting a business. Primary Research was conducted through the form of a questionnaire, both online and written. The questionnaires received 55 participants of couples who were planning to get married in the near future. The questionnaire focused on the participant and the services of wedding planners. The business plan details how the business will operate for the first three years of business. It illustrates the services the business will provide, its marketing strategy, legal responsibilities and financial requirements. The business plan also includes financial forecast for the first three years of operation. A full analysis and discussion of results and the planning process is then conducted, giving recommendations to improve the project. A conclusion is then made on the feasibility of setting up the wedding planning business.
