Abstract
This thesis sets out the investigate the Wi-Fi performance of Cardiff Metropolitan University. The aim is to evaluate and gather student's views and opinions about the current Wi-Fi performance in order to give out recommendations for improvement if any. There has been a lot of reading to try and highlight the different area's which contribute to the overall Wi-Fi performance at Cardiff Met. The areas will then be discussed and then compared to the primary results. The methodology approach to this thesis was a Pragmatism approach where by it's open to exploring the different kinds of methods of research out there. This led to conducting questionnaires and interviews to students. From the primary research, there was a wealth of data which was fascinating. There was a discussion to find out if the primary and secondary data found helped to conquer the research aims and objectives set out. Finally, there were a series of recommendations presented.
