This project has been designed with the aim of evaluating the feasibility of setting up a mobile alcohol bar in the United Kingdom, starting in South Wales. Throughout this report, the author has analysed and evaluated all aspects of starting up a business, taking into consideration internal and external factors. A set of objectives were created to achieve the aim, and have been discussed through the various parts to the project. This report includes a literature review to highlight the current status of the industry through secondary research. The author has created a business plan to evaluate the potential success of the business, which has been supported by primary research to create evidence for the need of the business. The business plan will also include components such as a market campaign, 3-year financial forecast and legal issues. Following the business plan, the author has then discussed and concluded the findings which reflect on the feasibility of the business concept, allowing the author to give recommendations for the future of the business. Finally, the author has concluded by summarising the enterprise project.
