Abstract
The purpose of this project was to create a web-based application capable of tracking and monitoring jobs for the employees and clients of Bluesky Interactive. The review of literature in this field assisted the author in a number of ways, including: deciding on which technologies to utilise; gaining an insight into the history of websites and the internet; understanding different testing techniques; identifying possible competitors or alternative solutions. Primary research assisted the author in determining which features needed to be included in the final product. On completion of the prototype, full testing was initiated, both by the author and a test user. The overall review of the project was that the application performed very well and would be a useful addition to the business.
