The purpose of this enterprise project is to conduct a study to evaluate the feasibility of Su Casa Events Ltd staging a dance music day festival in surf Snowdonia, north Wales. The project will follow a structure throughout completing each objective set such as a literature review, business plan, primary and secondary research, Legislations, Financial information and a discussion and analysis. The completion of these objectives will allow the author to reach a conclusion that will help achieve the overall aim of the project. The enterprise projects main body will consist of the business plan. The business plan will contain all the relevant information needed to explain what Su casa festival is and whether it is feasible. After completing the different aspects of the business plan such as the business idea, market research, marketing campaign, competitor analysis, human resources, legislations and financial information. It could be seen that Su Casa festival is a feasible business idea with it profiting every year. The reason for this is due to younger people which is the target market not being able to afford to attend the larger festivals and are looking for day festivals with specific acts they’d like to see. The business is a dance music day festival called Su Casa festival which will be staged by Su Casa Events Ltd. The festival will take place on the 28th of May 2017 at surf Snowdonia in Dolgarrog, north Wales. It will include unique styling and decoration along with a range of professional dance music DJ’s and promising up and coming DJ’s that will help provide a taste of Ibiza in Wales. Su Casa festival will look to expand each year from the 2000 attendees in year 1 to 5000 in year 2 and 8000 in year 3 and eventually become an established festival capable of competing within the UK.
