Solo exhibition at Mostyn, Llandudno, Wales. 15 November 2014 - 1 March 2015en_US
New body of work at a major solo institution examining the sculptural potential of the everyday. While it responds to an engagement with the world at large, many of the pieces make use of remnants of previous activities as starting point and reflect time spent in the context of his studio. The found or made objects, as well as a new body of drawings, photographs and clippings, invite the response of the audience and undermine the idea of the exhibition space as a place solely for fully realised artworks. The exhibition investigated the space between artistic intuition and artistic intention calling into question the nature of the studio and gallery as places of production and displayen_US
